THIS IS AN EXCERPT FROM MY NEW BOOK, WAYS TO SHOW YOUR CAT YOU LOVE THEM! COMING OUT THIS FALL.

Our cats are very connected to us. For many of us, they sleep in our beds, eat at the same time we do, follow us to the bathroom (prime petting time) and come along on our vacations. Our relationships with them are intense, loving and usually too short. We have to say goodbye to them on this earthly plane before we want to. No pet lives as long as we would like, and some end much sooner than we want. So, it is only fair that we make sure we remember them for all our lifetime.

You see, beings in heaven CAN hear us here on earth. They can feel how we feel and know when we are thinking of them. Beings in heaven can be with us at the speed of thought. There is no distance in the spiritual world.

When you book a session with an animal communicator, your cats on the other side will be excited to share how much love there is between you. They will bring up shared experiences. The memories of those ignite the bond of the love that they shared with you. When you talk about them, think about them, they come alive again. That is because the love you have for each other never dies, it is always alive and comes into the present moment when you talk about it, feel it. When you are living, you can’t permanently live in this space, but you can visit it in an instant. I use that to replenish my store of love in my heart, so I can generate new life.

Another way you can keep the memory of your pet alive is to keep something of theirs. I have all my dog’s old collars and have kept locks of their hair. I keep locks of hair from my cats. Have you ever heard of psychometry? It is when you hold something, and then you psychically get the information from who the item belonged to, what their story is.

When you hold an item that belonged to a being that you loved, you get to feel their love again. You can feel the emotions they had in this life that are attached to the item. What that cat was, what they thought about, what was important to them. It bonds you in a way that is physical, even though they have left this mortal coil.

I don’t care what Marie Kondo (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V1XNKND?ref_=saga_ast_ss_dsk_sdp) says about sparking joy and getting rid of things that aren’t necessary in your life. Keeping something from a loved one IS necessary. These objects can be a physical bridge between them being here and being on the other side.

Another great idea is to keep and display pictures. I know that immediately after your cat passes, it may be hard to look at photos of them, but then as time goes on, you want to remember them. One of your biggest fears is that you will forget them or forget how they made you feel. That is why incorporating items from them into your daily life moving forward is essential for your long-term health. Once your pet transitions, they are a part of you forever. The longing between your souls is always calling to each other, especially if your karma with them isn’t finished.

One of the things that you can do is set your photo wallpaper on your smart phone to Photo Shuffle. With Photo Shuffle, you can choose “pets. Then pictures of your beloved animals will come up randomly, reminding you of great days and times you have had together. With songs on my Apple Music, I tell my Angels to play songs appropriate for the time and day, that will add meaning to my experience of the day. SO often, they will play a song that I had been thinking about that morning, or one that reminds me of someone I run into later that day. It adds dimension to the fabric of my day, makes it more meaningful and magical. Seeing precious pictures of my beloved fur family members on the other side do the same thing.

Most of us want to know that something lives on past the time that we leave this mortal coil. There must be a reason that we loved so completely, so clearly without abandon (like we do with our cats). The reason is that we incorporate their energy, their essence into our own. We become more multi-dimensional and richer in our experiences. We become more alive because we experienced living with them.

Because of that, they are still alive within us. It isn’t like they never existed. They have lived with us and connected with us in such a way that we will never completely unwind from them nor would we want to.
