A panel of four independent judges reviewed and scored nominations for applicants in the five categories. This year’s judges included a director of a non profit organization, a founder of a successful pet organization, a COO of a design firm, and a director of a top women’s scholarship organization.
Hoff will participate in a round table discussion during the WIPIN conference, which runs Sept. 24th through Sept. 26th at the Embassy Suites in Portland.
“The Pet Industry Women of the Year Awards were designed to recognize the amazing females who dedicate their time and talents to improving the lives of all pets – dogs, cats, birds, fish, horses and exotics – and their parents/guardians,” said Shawna Schuh, president of WIPIN.
These awards are a celebration of women who have made highly successful careers in the pet industry: “They shine in large part because they are so passionate about helping women as well as pets. Finalist, Ann Marie Hoff is perfect example! It is exciting to honor her and other women with a genuine calling to make the pet industry stronger.”

Ann, Congratulations on your recognition as a helper of pets and women! That I can attest. Did you already have the conference? I love your articles. Just bought your book and look forward to reading next.
Also you really helped me let go of an old kinda demonic crush-LOL!
Years ago at CYL or maybe it was Afterlife Conference. And you gave ke the impetus to start my own animal communication services. <3
Zotteli-
Wonderful to hear that you are on your own path with Animal Communication! We all support each other! I went to the conference but I didnt win. I knew I wouldnt, because the work I am doing is just beginning! I am doing a series of Foster Kittens as Day of the Dead to bring attention to the fact that 80% of the cats killed in shelters are kittens. I am in Phoenix on occasion still, it would be wonderful to connect! I want to start a group of communicators to look for lost pets just like mediums gather together and look for lost kids. Would you consider being part of tha?
Namaste, Ann
