Black Lab Wall Platter

Description

This is a portrait of a happy, black lab! Done in Ann’s style, it starts with a large slab of clay that is formed over a plate so that it has some shape to it. Then the plate is bisque fired, painted with glazes, and fired again. After it cools to room temperature, Ann adds oil paints to get the precise look and expression she wants on the dog. This comes with hooks already attached to the back, ready to hang. Size: 36″ by 15″.
