Wiener Dog Plate

Description

This cute little guy just wants to be loved! Ann has painted a happy dog using the bright colors of the sun. Made from a bag of raw clay, Ann makes a slab, lays it into a plate formation, then lets it dry and bisque fires it. Then she draws the dog, and blocks out the colors with glaze. Then the plate is fired again, and once it is out and cooled, it is painted with oils to add definition. Each of these plates is hand done and one of a kind.
